I got one of these Respect & Honor bracelets at the Winter Jam in Tupelo, MS, and gave it to my girlfriend at the time as a promise to respect her and honor her in every way I could. She recently broke up with me and gave it back to me. That small story explains why I decided to leave a comment. I was sitting in church Sunday and something told me to look down. The first thing I saw was the Respect & Honor bracelet and since then I have wanted to research and understand more about it. I would very much like to help in spreading this message. I bought this bracelet at the Winterjam in Peoria, IL on March 18th and I wear it everyday! I've had so many people ask me what it means and I happily tell them!
I bought the bracelet last night and will wear it proudly. I believe that this is one of the biggest issues with this generation today. Respect and honor seem to be a foreign concept for a long of young people, male and female alike. Everyone deserves respect and honor and this bracelet is a great visual reminder of that fact!
